Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Delivery Digital Products & Services

All products offered on this website are digital products and/or online services only. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Products

Upon successful purchase or signup, the digital product will be delivered immediately via email or instant download to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once access to the digital product has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you and ensure you receive what you purchased.

1-on-1 Support Calls

For 1-on-1 support calls, access is provided through a scheduled booking (via our calendar system) after purchase.

You are responsible for selecting a suitable time and attending the scheduled call.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your call up to 24 hours in advance using the booking link provided.

  • Missed calls or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be rescheduled or refunded.

If you experience any issues scheduling your call, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
